The Team
Jimy Szymanski — Co-Founder, CEO
Jimy Szymanski is a Venezuelan-American former world-class tennis player (Wimbledon Junior Finalist, 1993; former No. 1 junior) who competed across a 20-year pro career including three Olympic Games, all four Grand Slams, and Davis Cup. Classically trained in music for six years, he later became a composer and multi-instrumentalist, bringing a high-performance mindset and 20+ years of leadership into music and entertainment ventures.
Rolando Gonzalez — Co-Founder & Creative Director
Rolando E. González is a Venezuelan-American producer, composer, and Berklee College of Music graduate with 22+ years of experience across pop, Latin, electronic, and cinematic genres. A leading Miami educator and mentor, he has coached future Grammy/Emmy winners and Berklee-bound artists, and performed as an Ultra Music Festival DJ for five consecutive years. He co-founded Melody in a Box, turning personal stories into original, emotionally resonant songs.
