What exactly am I buying?

You’re buying a Certified original, custom-written and produced song based on the story or message you shared with us. As simple as that: No long filling forms and endless questions. Sharing what you know about that person: (name, dates, passions, colors, life moments, a message you want to express, what’s the occasion, inside jokes, music they like, places.) Anything relevant that you consider to mention. That’s it!! From there  Melody in a box will do the Magic.

How does it work?

1. You share the story (tell us about that person and simple details that you want to express:) what’s the occasions, names, dates, personality, music that connects, life stories, jokes, anything you consider that define why you want to express that is relevant 
2. We write & produce (from scratch, like a real record)
3. We deliver your song (digital delivery, gift-ready options)

What if I’m not “creative” or don’t know what to write?

Totally normal. That’s our job!!  That’s why we are here, but here some Bullet points ideas to help you shared with us:

• Music that connect with that person
• Nationality or if he love certain things in his life like sports, food preferences , music bands, career, traveler, anything you consider relevant.

Can I choose the genre or vibe?

Yes. You can request genre if you want but: the magic comes from what you know about that person and possibly taste of music vibe that’s define him/her/it. We don’t ask you to fill sections or forms like everybody else. That’s why we are here, to make your gift turn’s into a Memory that will touch their heart for ever.

Can you include names, places, or inside jokes?

Absolutely! that’s what makes it land. Tell us what must be included (names, nicknames, locations, phrases, milestones). If there’s anything you don’t want mentioned, include that too. If you’re unsure what’s “too personal,” reach out.

How long is the song?

Most commercial songs are 2–3.5 minutes, we will create your song based on the story you shared to make sure we create a piece of art.  Not long,not short, just the right and perfect duration.

Is it AI-generated?

We use modern tools where they help (workflow, speed, polish), but what you’re paying for is human taste and music creators: songwriting choices, structure, performance and production decisions that make it feel intentional: Not an algorithm or generated by another app.  Our songs are certified as authentic work and registered world  wide! This registration is what’s guarantees is created with meaning, passion and soul from our writers/production & musicians team who are passionate about music.

What’s the turnaround time?

Most songs are delivered within 3–5 days from the time you submit your form (and any required details). If you have a fixed deadline, reach out first so we can confirm timing.

Do you offer rush delivery?

Yes, depending on availability. Rush delivery prioritizes your project in the schedule and may include an additional fee. For rush requests, reach out.

Can I request a specific language?

Yes. You can request language preference if you want.preferences. Availability may vary based on style and timeline, but we’ll confirm what’s possible. For specific requests, reach out.

Can I get instrumental only?

Yes. Instrumental-only songs are available upon requests 

What file formats will I receive?

Typically MP3, and depending on your package, WAV as well.

Can I gift it as a surprise?

Yes!! and it’s one of the best uses. We can deliver it digitally format so you can play it at dinner, send a reveal link, or pair it with a printed/QR moment (depending on your package). Want ideas for the reveal? Reach out.

Will you share my song publicly?

No. Your story stays private. We don’t publish your song or details unless you explicitly ask us to feature it. If you want to feature it, reach out.

Do I own the song? What are the usage rights?

By default, your purchase includes personal use: gifting, sharing with friends/family, and posting to your personal social accounts.

If you need commercial rights (brand use, ads, streaming distribution, sync/licensing), reach out and we’ll quote the correct licensing.

Can I resell the song?

Generally, no—custom songs are created for you/your recipient under personal-use terms. Resale, sublicensing, or claiming authorship/production as your own isn’t included by default.

If you want to resell a song, use it in a product, bundle it, distribute it commercially, or buy rights for ongoing use, reach out. We can structure a clear agreement (including licensing options) depending on what you’re trying to do.

Do you do B2B / corporate orders?

Yes. We do B2B for:

• Corporate gifting (clients, teams, VIPs)
• Brand moments (product launches, events, activations)

Can you do multiple songs (bulk orders) for a wedding party or team?

Yes. We can produce multiple songs under a coordinated style with different stories (bridesmaids/groomsmen, employees, VIP customers). For bulk orders, reach out so we can plan schedule and pricing.

Can you work with my agency/event planner?

Absolutely. We regularly coordinate with planners, assistants, agencies, and brand teams. To collaborate, reach out and include the best point of contact and timeline.

Do you offer refunds?

Because each song is custom-made original creation there is no refunds. The best move is to share your story clearly before hitting “purchase”. If you need ideas before ordering send us an email or you can see some examples of written story’s from our 100% satisfaction accuracy to date.  

If you have a concern, reach out between 24hrs after receiving your song. we’ll always try to find a fair solution. 

I have a unique request can you do it?

Probably. Alternate versions, special reveals, live performance coordination, translations, clean edits, “PG vs spicy,” anniversary medleys—tell us what you want. Reach out and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
